Introduction
As we adapt to the New Normal across all spheres of life, it becomes essential to ask: What must we preserve? What should we integrate? And what is best left behind?
Indic Psychology—a profound science rooted in the Atharva Veda, widely practiced and deeply explained through Ayurveda—offers timeless frameworks to address these questions. In this immersive INDICA Course, these ancient insights are brought alive and made applicable to today’s context.
What is our relationship with one another—and with the Cosmos? How do Manas (Mind), Hridaya (Heart), and Chitta(Consciousness) guide our everyday decisions, influence our relationships, shape how we run businesses, and even impact how we govern nations?
This course explores these vital questions and facilitates a U-Turn out of the human crisis—through the lens of India’s own psychological traditions.
