Discover the Power of Indic Psychology: A Journey from Crisis to Consciousness

What guides our choices, emotions, and relationships — the mind, the heart, or something deeper? Rooted in the Atharva Veda and illuminated through Ayurvedic wisdom, Indic Psychology offers timeless answers to today’s most urgent questions.

In a world reshaping itself into a “New Normal,” this course invites you to reimagine psychology not as a borrowed framework, but as a living, indigenous science. Explore the interconnected roles of Manas (mind), Hridaya (heart), and Chitta (consciousness) in navigating life, leadership, health, and purpose.

From decoding samskaaras to understanding gut-brain-heart intelligence, this program bridges ancient insight and modern research — drawing from quantum physics, psychoneuroimmunology, and Ayurvedic sutras — to empower a U-Turn toward holistic well-being and purposeful living.

Ideal for psychologists, yoga practitioners, health coaches, educators, and seekers, this course is a gateway to healing, integration, and transformation — personal and collective.

Introduction

As we adapt to the New Normal across all spheres of life, it becomes essential to ask: What must we preserve? What should we integrate? And what is best left behind?

Indic Psychology—a profound science rooted in the Atharva Veda, widely practiced and deeply explained through Ayurveda—offers timeless frameworks to address these questions. In this immersive INDICA Course, these ancient insights are brought alive and made applicable to today’s context.

What is our relationship with one another—and with the Cosmos? How do Manas (Mind), Hridaya (Heart), and Chitta(Consciousness) guide our everyday decisions, influence our relationships, shape how we run businesses, and even impact how we govern nations?

This course explores these vital questions and facilitates a U-Turn out of the human crisis—through the lens of India’s own psychological traditions.
